SUMMARY:September 2023 Monthly Meeting
DESCRIPTION:The meeting will be held at Building 2 of the Sisters of St.
  Joseph (green cupola). Follow the yellow BEE MEETING signs. The doors w
 ill open at 12:30\, and the meeting will begin the meeting at 1:00.\n\n 
 	Kathy and Toni can always use help setting up the hospitality table\, a
 nd of course\, donations of cake or cookies and the like are always welc
 ome!\n 	The Library will be open for lending and returning books.  If y
 ou know of a good book to add to the library\, please speak to LorraineÂ
   The new policy will be in effect in July\, whereby you will be able to
  take books out and return them the next month as usual.  If you fail t
 o return the books after 2 months then the name of the borrower will be 
 list in the "Delinquent Borrower" section of the Newsletter.\n 	If your 
 dues are due\, you can pay online on the website\, or pay in person at 
 the meeting.  See Conni to pay your dues in person.  When your dues ar
 e delinquent\, you drop off the email list.  If you don't get emails\, 
 check that your dues are current!!\n 	Club T-shirts and sweat shirtsÂ
  will be available to purchase.\n 	Just to lock in the date\, our HOLIDA
 Y PARTY will be December 3rd at the Blue Blinds Manor (Elks Club) in Sm
 ithtown.  The signup sheet will go around at the October and November m
 eeting.  Money and reservations will be taken by Joan Mahoney at those 
 meetings.\n 	We have scheduled the Beginner Beekeeping Class and the Sec
 ond Year Beekeeper Class for 2024.  They will be held on January 13th a
 nd February 3rd respectively.  Mark your calendars for that!\n 	The Boa
 rd has decided that it is finally time to increase our dues\, which has 
 remained the same for many years.  As of January 2024\, the dues will b
 e $40.
