 afted to offer both new and seasoned beekeepers practical insights and h
 ands-on experience in beekeeping.\n\n\n\nWhat to Bring:\n\n\n\n\nBeekeep
 ing suit or jacket and veil\n\n\n\nGloves\n\n\n\nWater bottle\n\n\n\nNot
 e-taking materials\n\n\n\n\nWhether you're taking your first steps into 
 beekeeping or looking to deepen your existing knowledge\, our Teaching A
 piary Sessions are the perfect opportunity to learn and grow in a suppor
 tive community setting.\n\n\n\nSafety Note:\n\n\n\nFor the safety and co
 mfort of all participants\, appropriate protective clothing is required.
  All participants are responsible for their own safety around the hives\
 , including the need for any medications for stings. \n\n\n\nLocation:\n
 \n\n\nFind the LIBC Teaching Apiary at 1725 Brentwood Rd\, Brentwood\, N
 Y 11717\, on the Sisters of St. Joseph's Campus. Enter from Brentwood Rd
  (opposite 5th Ave.)\, proceed straight past the guard shack\, right at 
 Maria Regina Rehab\, right at the circle towards the parking's end\, the
 n right again at the rain garden. Park near the Honey House where others
  have parked. Meet your instructor at the Honey House\; hives are on its
