The LIBC PICNIC is scheduled for July 26th at the Smithtown Historical Society Frank Brush Barn.

  • Cut off to sign up is JULY 19th. No exceptions as we have to order food then.

  • People with last names starting with A through H please bring an Appetizer, I Through P bring a salad, Q through Z  bring a dessert, please.  

  • Bring your own beverages and maybe a couple of chairs.  

  • There will be a smoker lighting contest at the Picnic so start practicing!

  • There will be a “BEE SWAP” this year at the July picnic.  Items should be bee related and prices on the items.  Cash or Check for this please.
