SPEAKER

Randall Cass will be our speaker and his topic is The New York State Beekeeper Tech Team and how it works to improve bee health and reduce colony losses.

 

Shelby Munchgesang – a junior at Sayville High School.  Shelby is researching the ability of AI to determine varroa mite infestations in colonies from thermal imaging.

 

Grace Mehl  will be speaking on What’s Happening in the Hive in May.

 

The meeting will still be at building 4 of the Sisters of St. Joseph, 1725 Brentwood Rd, Brentwood NY.  Follow the yellow bee meeting signs
